Lounge is built on a simple privacy principle: we never ask for your bank passwords, we never connect to your financial accounts, and we never access your financial data. You enter information manually, and the app helps you make sense of it.
Card and benefit data you enter: When you add credit cards to Lounge, you choose your card type and enter approximate point balances manually. This information is stored only on your device using your phone's local storage. We do not have servers that receive or store this data.
Subscription information: If you subscribe to Navigator or First Class through Apple's App Store, Apple processes your payment. Lounge receives only confirmation that you are a paid subscriber โ we do not receive your payment method, billing address, or any financial details. Subscriptions are managed entirely through your Apple ID.
Push notifications (paid subscribers only): If you enable push notifications, your device receives an anonymous device token used solely to send benefit-expiry reminders. This token is not linked to your name, email, or financial information.
We never collect, store, or transmit: credit card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords to any financial institution, Plaid tokens or bank linking credentials, transaction history, account balances from financial institutions, or any data obtained by connecting to your financial accounts.
The card and benefit data you enter is used solely on your device to power Lounge's features: tracking benefits, planning travel, calculating card value, and (for paid subscribers) sending push reminders. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not have advertising in the app.
Because your data is stored on your device only, you have complete control. To delete all your Lounge data, you can either: (1) reset the app from within Settings, or (2) delete the Lounge app from your device. There is no "account" to close because Lounge does not maintain user accounts.
Apple App Store: Subscription billing is handled by Apple. See Apple's privacy policy for details on how Apple processes payment data.
Push notifications: Push delivery is powered by OneSignal, which receives only an anonymous device token. OneSignal's privacy practices are described at onesignal.com/privacy.
Lounge is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
As Lounge adds features (such as cloud sync, accounts, or analytics), this policy will be updated to reflect the new data practices. We'll notify you of material changes in the app before they take effect.
