By downloading, installing, or using Lounge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Lounge is a personal finance tool that helps credit card holders track benefits, plan reward travel, and understand the value of their points and miles. Lounge provides informational guidance only and is not a financial advisor, travel agent, or booking engine.
You may create an account using your email address or through Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Lounge offers free (Explorer) and paid (Navigator at $2.99/month, First Class at $4.99/month) subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lounge strives to provide accurate credit card benefit information, point valuations, and travel estimates. However, card issuers may change benefits, point values, or program rules at any time. Always verify benefit details with your card issuer before making financial decisions. Lounge is not responsible for changes made by card issuers after our last data update.
Lounge provides informational tools and estimates. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional for personalized advice.
Lounge's AI Travel Advisor is powered by artificial intelligence and provides suggestions based on general knowledge and your portfolio data. AI responses may contain inaccuracies. Always verify travel bookings, point values, and availability directly with airlines and hotels.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the App, use the App for any illegal purpose, attempt to access other users' data, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App.
Lounge, its design, code, and content are owned by The Great Northern Group LLC. Credit card names, logos, and program names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Great Northern Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed benefits, incorrect point valuations, or travel booking errors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@getlounge.io.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
